Abstract

Abstract: In the process of GMO testing development,identification and product composition qualitative and quantitative testing,reference material is the indispensable material basis.This study focuses on the application requirements of standard substances,and compares the development process of three types of transgenic standard substances,namely,matrix standard substances,genomic DNA standard substances and plasmid standard substances.Put forward the quality control requirement of key link,it provides technical support for promoting the standardization of the development process of standard materials for transgenic testing,improving the quality of development report preparation and improving the application rate.
