Abstract: The present study aims to evaluate the antifungal activitity of 5 Rosmarinus essential oils (EOs) against Fusarium oxysporum, the causal agent of Anoectochilus roxburghii Stem Rot. The phytochemicals of 5 EOs were also determined and qualified by GC-MS methods. Based on the results, The R. officinalis L. 'Severn sea' EO and R. officinalis L. 'Majorca Pink' EO had the strongest activity, the inhibitory rates against F. oxysporum with an EC50 value of 0.15% and 0.25%, more potent than nystatin (0.005%), as a standard antifungal agent. Camphor, eucalyptol and β-pinene were identified as major components in both Rosmarinus officinalis L. 'Severn sea' EO and R. officinalis L. 'Majorca Pink' EO.
