Abstract: The inhibition, induced resistance effect and persistence of TraT2A induced Lanzhou lily against gray mold caused by Botrytis cinerea were measured by growth rate method and in vivo test method. The results showed that the inhibition effects of high concentrations (5 times liquid) Trichoderma atroviride proteinaceous TraT2A was well, it was 47.44%, induced resistance effect to Botrytis cinerea of low concentration (100 times liquid) was higher, reached to 55.89%. Lily leaves were inoculated with Botrytis cinerea when lily were treated with 100 times liquid of TraT2A after three days, the enzyme activities of PAL, PPO, POD, SOD and MDA, chlorophyll content changes of lily leaves were measured in 0, 1, 3, 5 d of TraT2A inducing treatment. It was found that the activity of PAL, PPO, POD and SOD in the lily leaves was improved, and the content of chlorophyll was increased and the content of malondialdehyde was decreased after TraT2A induced treatment; the above four kinds of enzymes activity and chlorophyll content in lily leaves of TraT2A induced treatment were significantly higher than that of the control when inoculation 1, 3, 5 d, MDA content in lily leaves of TraT2A induced treatment was lower than that of the control, the activities of PAL, PPO, POD and SOD reached the maximum and which were 1.47, 2.28, 1.36, 1.49 times as those of the control in 5 d respectively; the content of chlorophyll were 10.13,12.05 and 6.05 mg/g higher than that of in the control; MDA content were only 0.68, 0.40, 0.51 times as that of the control after inoculation 1d, 3d and 5d. Persistence of TraT2A induced lanzhou lily against gray mold caused by Botrytis cinerea was 7 d and it was longer than persistence of 6% alternaria and 50% procymidone against B. cinerea.
