Abstract: To screen the strains against Fusarium wilt of strawberry, two strains named SA-1 and SV-2 with fast growth rate were obtained. Based on morphological observation, Biolog automatic microbial analysis and molecular identification, SA-1 and SV-2 were identified as Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, respectively. The effect of combination treatment with SA-1 and SV-2 on strawberry Fusarium wilt was 71.33% in pot experiment. After 40 days growth, the catalase activities of strawberry were significantly increased and the malondialdehyde were significantly decreased in the treatment with SA-1 and SV-2. These results indicated that strains SA-1 and SV-2 had potential in controlling Fusarium wilt of strawberry.

Key words: strawberry Fusarium wilt, biological control, Bacillus sp.
