Abstract: In order to obtain excellent antagonistic bacteria against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, a pathogen causes strawberry anthracnose, the soil from strawberry planting base was taken as antagonistic bacteria source, and the strains with the highest bacteriostatic rate were screened by indoor determination of their bacteriostatic activities. Then, the screened strains were classified and identified, and their bacteriostatic spectrum and control effect were evaluated. The results showed that total of 42 strains were isolated from soil, among which 5 strains with strong inhibitory efficacy on C. gloeosporioides were obtained. Among them, strain ZZSP-7 had the strongest antibacterial activity, and its antibacterial diameter was up to 17.6 mm after 5 day. According to morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and phylogenetic analysis based on 16s rDNA sequence, strain ZZSP-7 was identified as Streptomyces sp.. Strain ZZSP-7 had a wide antibacterial spectrum and has good antibacterial effect on various plant pathogens. The results of pots experiment showed that the control efficacy of strain ZZSP-7 on anthracnose of strawberry varieties "Hongyan" and "Sweet Charlie" were 78.64% and 82.81%, respectively, and the application prospect of biocontrol was acceptable.
